Rubigo Additional License Terms

These terms are additional conditions to the AGPL-3.0 license.

Anti-KYC Clause

Any use of Rubigo’s source code, binaries, or derivatives is strictly prohibited if the implementation:

• Requires identity verification of any kind
• Collects personal information from users
• Logs IP addresses or metadata linked to identities
• Complies with requests to deanonymize users

Violation of this clause immediately terminates your rights under the AGPL-3.0 license to use, modify, or distribute this software.

This clause applies worldwide and is enforceable under international copyright law.
